At this point, the only insurance I am able to accept is

Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and

Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO.

Unfortunately, in our highly complex “digital” world it is often difficult to completely protect your privacy or to ensure that your personal records will be held in strictest confidence. I strongly recommend that all potential clients consider the possibility of “private pay” (paying for your own therapy rather than your insurance company reimbursing the cost of your therapy and also maintaining confidentiality of your therapy record).

I do offer a substantial sliding scale to those clients who choose to pay for their own therapy. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this further if you are interested in being a “private pay” client.
